Mr. Mikes SteakhouseCasual has opened its 13th Alberta franchise in the small town of High River, under co-franchisees Tricia and Mike Bliss.

“High River’s welcoming business community and the town’s ongoing support for local businesses made it a natural fit for us,” says Rick Villalpando, senior vice-president (SVP) of RAMMP Hospitality Brands, Mr. Mikes’ franchisor. “We look forward to working closely with Mike to provide great food, exceptional service and an atmosphere where everyone is welcome.”

The restaurant has added 90 jobs to the small community.

“The restaurant aligns well with the values of our town,” says Craig Snodgrass, High River’s mayor. “An established restaurant franchisor selecting us as the next location in its continued expansion is a testament to our strong economy and business opportunities.”
